cant figure this out ,there are three "mini belts"? at the top of the back seat in my 04 qc,what are they for? I know this may seem like a dumb question but ive been out there for 2 hours tryin to find out

lol no i am not i have 1 kid and thats enough for me. i thought that they may be for a car seat or something but they dont extend or anything.they are rolled but the "buckle"? is inside the roll and they dont unroll

Part of the LATCH car seat system. Lower Anchors and Tether CHild seat system. There is a clip on the car seat that attatches to it. Best system out there if your looking for a car seat.
