Default New or rebuilt cylinder head for 3.7 2003 Ram 1500

Well after tearing into my 3.7L I found that three caps on the cam had come loose and it trashed the cylinder head. I'm a fairly good back yard mechanic, but how big is this job? I have found a complete head with cam and valves installed for $340.00 from National Cylinder Head. I would need gasket, head bolts and etc.. The hardest thing looks like making sure it is timed right on the gears and chains.

Thanks

Ray

2003 3.7l sohc engine, yes there is such a monkey and a piece of **** monkey it is. This engine has had rockers fall off during startup and now the bolts backing out on the passenger side cam. 111,000 miles on it, seriously thinking about calling dodge even though it is out of warranty
