Forget the block, get a lift shackle. They look better too.

Suspension lifts are designed to lift the front end of the vehicle and at least almost level the vehicle. So however much your torsion bars were cranked appear to be enough to set it higher in the front. I'd lower the torsion bars enough to at least get it sitting level.
