The most important thing that seems that everyone here has missed is that you had 11.7 volts. First off, if the dealer claimed to do a load test at that voltage, they either lied, or they did it, and werent supposed to. The load test can only be done, as far as warranty purposes are concerned, if it is at 12.5v or higher. And, not to mention load testing that low will almost automatically fail. your battery seems to be not holding its charge for whatever reason, which isnt that uncommon.

Good thing they finally warrantied it for you though.... hope this one works out better for ya than the last one dude.
