I'm installing a power lock on my tailgate and need to hook it up to the lock and unlock wires. HELP!

i wanna do the same thing thinking of wiring it so i can use the trunk button to unlock, ill post what i can find online.

Thanks for the link Marx, but that guy is an idiot. I have no idea why he pulled his tailgate off. I just undid the two nuts from the back that hold the latch on and installed the solenoid assem, took less than 5 minutes. Also he pulled his fuse box out, hell no! My instructions told me to tap into the wires in the drivers side kick panels. After calling their tech w/ no help, I finally pulled the door panel and found the two wires that lock/unlock the actuator(bright green & light brown/green stripe). Tapped in at the kick panel and wala! Everything works.
