02 dodge ram 5.9l 4wd. i am new to this but my truck has been running good, month ago i replace the cps, cap, and rotor. i was at work on my break and i could hear my engine pinging so i would hit the gas and as i did the pinging would go with it, looked down the TB and sure enough blew the plenum gasket so i let it sit for a couple days without driving it and went to start it yesterday and the battery was dead and the little red light on the insturment cluster was on. so i bought a new battery and put it in, and now it starts and runs fine but absolutly no gauges, odometer, anything. the 4wd doesnt work, headlights dont work, interior light dont work. i read to take out the door switch, dimmer, and cluster and take them apart and make sure they are dry and soildering is good, and everythings looked good, but it back in and still nothing!!! Any suggestions dont want to go to the dealer just had a daughter and times are tight..

relays? sorry i would be more helpful but i left my wiring guides in South Dakota.
if you have access to a multi-meter i would see if your getting any power to your gauges and if your getting a solid ground

After you check all that, you may want to have your alternator tested too. Sometimes if it goes out, it'll do wierd stuff to the electronics, and kinda shut off all the unnecessary stuff you don't need to make the motor run. Just a thought.
