Blend door for heat

What is involved in getting to the blend door on my 03 Ram 1500? Heater not blowing hot air. Replaced thermostat, coolant and flushed heater core. Can feel a small amount of hot air on low fan. When I turn up fan speed it turns cool. Any help would be appreciated.
