I was told by America's tire that I cannot run 35's on my 17x8 rims cause it would make the tire bow in. I just put a 2" leveling kit on it and it looks great, but I think taller tires are in order, my tires now are 265x70Rx17, I was told they were about 31". Can anyone tell me what is the biggest tire that I can run, I want a more aggressive looking tire still as quiet as I can. I plan on doing very little to none off roading with this, just like the look of the Ram

Nah, those are the BFG M/T's, I think they're called KM2's or something like that.

I think we had talked about this a while back. You technically can run a 35x12.5x17 on a 17x8 rim. The sidewall on the tire will suck in on the rim. You stand a bigger chance of popping the bead, but with you not going off road not so much. I would say you would need a spacer or aftermarket rims with a good backspacing so you wouldn't rub. I would go with something like a 295 or a 305 at the most if that were me. I'm running the 295/70/17 which is a little over a 33.5" tire and I have excelent movement. By the way, Nitto has really impressed me with the NTG's I bought. Quiet, yet aggressive looking for an a/t.

Well thanks for your input, I have been looking for 295/70R/17, was a little worried that it still might rub, but thanks to you I feel confident in getting that size, thanks again
