Thoughs on this Tonneau cover

I am looking at this Lund 95064 Genesis Tri-Fold Latching Tonneau Cover. Amazon has it for 290 with free shipping and the reviews on the site are good. Was wondering what you think? Is this a good cover/price?

thats the same one i'm going to get, good price, stay away from the snap on

Thanks. i have a bed liner but the top of the sides is not protected. Will this be a problem?
