TRX4 and leveling kits

I own a 2007 Ram 1500 with the TRX4 package and alot of companies are saying that theyre strut spacers / extensions arent compatible with the TRX4 submodel. Can any one shed some light on this...if you have a similiar truck and installed a leveling kits did you have any trouble with it?
