Just thought I should say hi before I go posting around. Just bought my truck at the end of December after using this forum to research and search for a truck for about 10 months.
A little info about it: 2004 Ram 1500 with the 5.7 with coming up on 65K miles on it, Almond pearl color, Toyo Open country A/T 285/70/17. Already did a custom install of a Sirius satellite radio(replaced my ash tray and tucks in there pretty nice)(I am going to get scorned as I dont have any pics of it because I dont own a camera and I moved to North Dakota from Iowa for an internship and did the install right before I left).
Future mods: (staying cheap as I dont have any disposable income due to college debt that I am saving up for)
Exhaust, Cherry Bomb glass pack or Vortex or Extreme. want cheap(glasspack but dont want it obnoxiously loud)
Would like to paint the grill to match with the crossbars black(dont like chrome and almond together so I am sticking with black/almond theme)
Head Unit with aux input to direct plug my sirius into, nothing serious as the stock does fine enough for me(staying cheap)
Would like to do the E-fan mod to up my mileage so i am going to go checkout the local pick-apart this weekend to see if a tauras has found its home.
But anyways thats enough rambling, HELLO EVERYONE!

Nice truck OP, glad to hear DF was of good use to you before you even bought the truck. I can't say Ive ever seen that color before, different, but I likes. It will be interesting to see the theme unfold (not in a bad way, at all).

welcome to the forum bud! by the way, if you dont want to spend money and want to stay cheap, i suggest you not look at the forum for more then 2 minutes lol! the guys around here will soon change your idea on staying cheap!
