just wondering what you guys would suggest i was thnking the 50 series hd i do not want magnaflow as i've had them in the past and not been too happy with them. i want a nice sound, not too loud as i tow a tt that weighs in around 8600lbs

 

well then I would steer clear of the dronemasters and run an aero3030 or 3030xl. no drone good tone.

The 50HD is going to rob you of a lot of low end power that you'll want for towing, you'll want a higher flowing muffler.

 

cut the y pipe and run two muflers, any free flowing muflers will work, leran from my mistake and do not use a dynomax ultra flow, the gimack with this mufler is the x in the mufler is supposed to balance x flow, the seams blow out, and the fiber glass packing in the mufler rattles.

thanks for the posts, i was thinking of just a muffler swap for now but my look into the dual muffler setup as well. i'm still just trying to find out whats best and not too pricey, i don't think i'll play with the intake yet but definately want exhaust

 

well i checked out aero turbine more on youtube and found some better clips sounds really good, but the clip that sounded best was the one with dual mufflers so i think i may go that route, dual 3030xls
