Well my buddy decided to go ahead and finish up the rear while i was talking my *** off on here....i just bolted in the rear shocks, and now that its done i think im gonna get to work on the cab roof lights and get those damn amber ones off since i just stuck the factory ones back on.....

i just creamed myself. you should paint your driveshaft black so it disappears a little bit. thats quite an angle on that thing...

 

seriously man....and thats with the T case clocked. im deffinatly gonna get around to painting it! maybe i should paint it black and tape out the word cummins on it...a few times so you can see it at different points when the shaft is turned?

 

thats an AWESOME idea!! that'd look so sick. make the lettering the same blue as the suspension.

how tall is the truck now? looks over 7 ft.

 

you could paint it like a barbers pole and when you drove down the street it would make people dizzy. Haha yea it would look cool if you got the military sorta stencils and did it at random spots along the shaft. Could they powdercoat the shaft? I guess you could use that spray on bedliner or undercoat

 

just went out there and measured for you in the damn dark lol...looks to be just about 8'0.5 so it sits about 1/2" to a full inch higher than before lol

matt- im gonna have to pass on the barber shop thing lol and im gonna paint it semi gloss black and leave the cummins letters metal/silver the color of the shafts so you can see it...its not gonna be in random spots...same lengnth down..just in different spots AROUND the shaft so you can see it when it turns..

 

i still think you should paint blue, then mask off the letters and paint the shaft black so you'd have blue letters

 

we'll what goes down lol....right now im just ready to pass out man lol. who knows i may even use truck bed coating from duplicolor to paint....i dunno yet...i gotta order some cummins decals for my masks though
