when i released the parking brake on my truck the service 4wd light came on. 4wd worked fine before parking it. now nothing works, the switch on the dash doesnt even light up. only the service 4wd light comes on. read a post about a wire harness near ratchet for e brake and the braket rubbing through the wires. that is the case. the wires lead to a blue module behind head light switch. does anyone know what that box is? I have no power in any wire coming into it on any of the three plugs one is grey and two are black. any help would be great thank you.
