Well yours is a lil different than mine, but I put a 1 1/2" block in the back and the 2" more than leveled mine, actually the front is a tad higher. I might have a screwy truck though? 2wd by the way, 07 though. I bought the fatbobsgarage.com 2" kit, look on there. 90 bucks i think? and you can get dodge ram 2500 shocks and they will be what you need (supposedly). You could cheap out and get the 21.99 monroe low ball or just get the procomp 3000 with that kit for like 80 bucks

Yea, and yours is a 4x4...thats why I said maybe mine is weird or something. But you can look and tell by that pic that my spacer would have been way more if I wouldnt have had the block on the back.

If I understand this correctly the spring spacer will just raise the gap in the fender the height of the spacer correct?

well you have an IFS front end so theres really no telling the exact lift. Say you got a 2" polyurethane spacer. Your coil could be less taunt than most, and the spacer could press down more and it would give you less lift. Your coil could settle into the spacer better than others. Your coil could NOT settle as much....haha Im sure you get my drift

Its actually raising your ride height...your fender will be, with a 2" spacer for example, appx 1.5-2.5" higher. but thats your whole front suspension, not just the body. I'd go with that, I think it would bring you CLOSE to level, and some people don't like the 2.5 (and some people have no problems)

Dont look at my posts, ive had alot of trouble with mine but my control arm is a giant, it gives me the trouble. The guy with the avatar of an apache, red qc 1500, your body style...cant remember his name, but he did a 2.5" on his 2wd with no problems

the leveling threads die out quick, Ive been under-informed because of that so thats why I kept trying to help you out. Theres actually a few good threads on this on here if you search, but you should just call fatbobs tomorrow and they can hook u up and have awesome service. I was asking a question about mine and they asked me to send a pic and they are working it out with me

I really am grateful for your help, most of my threads die quickly and leave me hangin so I just drop it to keep from pissin people off. I'll call Fat Bob's either tomorrow or sometime this week and talk to them. I want to get this ordered as it's my birthday present from me. I'll be sure to post pics when I get it all done. Now my only other questions are these two. I was readin through my Chilton book and it says I need something to decompress the coil spring (what do I need and where can I get it), and also in order to disconnect the lower ball joint I need to use a pickle-fork I believe but it also says it may damage the boot and require replacement.

DayStar makes great spacers. I used them before my lift and am putting them back on shortly. I bought the 2.5" spacers, and sat just a little bit higher in the front.
