While we're kinda dealing with headlights, where is the thing located to adjust the headlights down or up..seems like mine can be lowered more. Is it a gray stick kinda thing that is able to be turned 360 degrees right under the headlight? I'm trying to find pictures but maybe someone knows what I'm talking about, is this thing it?
