Default opinions on lifts

hey im gonna be putting a lift on my truck here soon and i was wondering what u guys think is the best im trying to get a good 5 or 6 in or even higher ,,if u guys know anythin good let me know .....

also i am looking for fender flares but 500 for em seems a little too much anybody know where u can find good quality for a cheap price... i am gonna be coatin them with line x to match my truck thanks

for a lift, i would look into BDS or superlift, both are nice kits and are 6". in your HD 4x4, going anything over 6" creates a lot of issues....there are things you can do, and its not very difficult, you just need more parts such as an Index ringm which clocks the transfer case to keep those driveshafts within spec. a lot of issue comes about with the front end vibratiing due to angles. 6" is a very nice size, bigger than most think and keeps everything safe....8"+ is very "doable" buts starts to get pricey, quicly.
