I love my catalogs! I get a new one every 3 months or thereabouts. Totally free.

As said before, they are free but the items are costly. I would look in one to get ideas and then find the items elsewhere for less

The catalog would be a bad thing to have just to know your parts and search else where. As far as needing a book to help you work on your truck I have used Chiltons in the past and it worked very well for me. As much material as you can get for free wouldn't hurt!
