One more thing with putting the 4th o2 sensor in the truck there was no reading it was pegged at .999 but when I put the 1st bad 1 back in just to see if the volts would move they did between .289 and .726 which is normal during driving how is a bad o2 ganna read and a new 1 not even register the new 1 sucks gas down as I fill it up it seems like there's a hole in the tank that's how bad the new 1 works the old one throws a code for low voltage then high voltage but the consumption is as a new truck normal even the driving is nice and power is there but no volts on it so as of now I'm leaving this bad 1 in you say its a ground possible but wtf there's no reading on the bad 1 but drives great wit codes and a reading on the new one no codes and runs like *** to me sounds like this truck has a ghost! And can the pcm be flashed if its got these type of problems and fixed that way? And what about the num of miles I get per tank went from filling up at365 per tank to now reg 180 does the wires there run to the sensor to the tank? Even though that's the over head console I'd like it to register back to the 365 mpt or is that pcm related to

His paypall is @idontwantmoney.com. Lol. Please don't send money to some stranger. Hahahha. And I would def have to second the lucas fuel injector. Start small then work your way up. Where you at in jersey? And the "mechanics" you brought it to should be able to read the comp..

in responce to dirtydog: You say you had it in for service by certified mechanics? Then they must have hooked up a datalogging scanner tool. Either aftermarket Snap-on type or factory Starscan to read everything in real time(vehicle running) This would allow them to see what is going on and if there is voltage problems at the ecu main.
You cannot do that yourself but you can start simple and work your way up.
First thing i would do is pull off your EGR and clean it up. A clogged or really carboned up EGR can cause certain 02 codes and give bad mileage.
2nd thing I would do is pour some Lucas fuel injector cleaner in your tank. Clogged injectors can throw all kinds of funny codes and bad mileage.
Next, i would clean your IAT sensor. it's in the rubber tube between your air filter and your t/b. Use electronics cleaner or alcohol on a cutip.
Do these things ONE BY ONE so you can narrow down the problem. if you do everything at once, you'l never know what the cause was.

I don't think your 02 sensor is actually bad or going bad on it's own. Raw fuel can destroy 02 sensors as well as catalytic converters. This means you have lots of unburned gas going through your exhuast which could be from no-spark conditions(faulty coil pack or wires) or a possible bad fuel pressure regulator (generally mounted on the fuel rail)

Again, i would rule out the mechanicals first, which seems like something you can do on your own. Starting by probing ecu wires and you could end up frying something if you don't know what you are doing. Eliminate the mechanicals and then move to the ecu.

ive replaced the IAT sensor when back and cleaned each sensor ive replace which is all of them except the EGR and the one on the tank its self if you can name the sensor on the engine or anything to do with working with the engine ive replaced them and cleaned then after putting new sensors in no i know for a fact its not any of them considering 1. there new 2. ive recleaned NEW sensors 3. i own a scan tool (yes i bought one my for my self when i first started haveing this problem same type advance auto parts carry but this model does freeze frame checks, check on o2 sensors while driving or siding, monitors evap system and every sensor known to man) i paied 400$ and some change for it so yes the mechanics here used there scan tool and came up with what mine did, im in the process of uploading my data and i will post it to here the only two things i see and notice weird is on Frames 0-4 my MAP is reading 33 then shoots to 50-60 on frames 10-35 which is normal due to the rpms and speed but what is mind boggin fuel sys1($10) open2 FUEL SYS 2($10) N/A and it stays like that the whole trip now to me that shows that bank 2 fuel injectors are not working but the test shows my ignition adv is perfect it shows no misfire everything else is fine no hesitation, no idle problems so how can that be when driving both should be open not closed or n/a (and also i have run lucas through my system twice that was the first thing i did befor any other work ( i even used seafoam through the intake to clean the carbon build up twice so im well ahead of you guys on that) its not mechanical anymore ive ruled this out over 5 times today. the other thing is o2s11 reads 1.000/ ST FTRM11 0.0 and o2s12 reads 0.180 OBD2 STAT CA ok the o2 sensors read just close through out the 45 frame check (15mins worth of driving) the front nvr changed from 1.000 and the rear went from as low as .032 to as high as .221 which the rear is doing its job even know there really isnt much of a job for the rear to do now any ideas? and i will post the frame check from my scanner bc it matches up pretty damn close to the dealers scanner

It's cool, you meet all types here. I think of course you're having an electrical issue. whether it be battery or ground or PCM. Something is making all your o2 sensors go bad and your overhead console read wrong. I know you've started simple. have you checked your alternator output? If not, I'm still leaning towards maybe having your pcm flashed by the stealership and see if that will correct it. Something is telling your sensors the wrong thing and the only thing talking to all the sensors at one time is the PCM. I hope it's not that, but I'm just trying to work it out with ya.

Man I would but I'm not looking to spend to much more money on this I mean I've done 2 test (with my scan tool) tonight I'm ganna do 1 in the morning on my ride to work the 1 aftr up til the weekend and exit 63 is where my gf lives off of so I know exactly where its at now if I can take these freeze frames in and this guy can diagnost it that way I can maybe put something in his pocket instead of paying (well u no what I mean by the way my names kyle and yours?) This way I can tell him who refered me to him and maybe you can put a word into him and let him no I've got my personal scan tool and print outs basically everything just the know how of where to strt with electrical if you want PM me so I can get ur num or u can get mine and thanks in advance for helping!!!
