welcome to the forum. most of the initial questions you're gonna have will have been answered a hundred times already in the FAQ section. To prevent getting flamed, be sure to use the search function as well. Again, welcome.

For starters you can ditch the T/B spacer unless it makes you feel better??? it does NOTHING for performance. A search on that will aid in understanding.
Not sure if the 03 can do it but TCM mod..i think that's what it's called? Maybe it's just called the TM mod. (torque management) I'm starting to slip a little....lol Anyways, It firms up your shifts...and it's free.

Search Weedahoe's cam install. Rubberfrog did a cam as well, but a bit on the mild side to be able to run off the programmer without a custom (dyno) tune.

As AF already stated. Check into the FAQ section at the top of the 3rd gen page as there is a bunch of what's preferred or what's better....etc.,

dog it s the tmr delete. cory just search "tmr delete" or "tmr mod" and theres a big thread write up on how to disable the torque managment in our trucks. thatll make a difference. besides that your looking into a lot more money because our 03's computers SUCK!!!

+1 for getting rid of the TB spacer. We got those with new 2nd gen members sometimes as well, and just like your guys' Hemis, they don't do anything for the older V8s either. We call it an expensive paperweight over in the 2nd gen section.
