Got a dent in my front bumper in the chrome portion...07 QC 4x4... Any info on here about how hard to change it out? I have the painted top portion that needs swapped onto a new bumper etc. as well as fog lights etc. Just curious how intense it is ..if its easy to do and get to, or if I should have a body shop do it. Anyone with pics/instructions from a service manual perhaps? Thanks

 

It's easy to do. Unplug the fogs. 4 bolts on each side and it's off. Helps to have a buddy.

 

+1 on Frogs answer. I did mine on the driveway in under an hour with installing the billet inserts and a new grill

 

+2 Mine took about an hour when I change to the sport style, added fogs and grill.
