I have a 2006 QCSB 4x2 and i saw a 7" suspension lift by cst and i would like to know if there would be any problems if i lift it that high. Will i be replacing parts all the time or no?

You shouldn't have a problem with it. Some problems come on the 4by's when their cv angles aren't right, but you don't have that problem. You may also want to think about rear end gears if you do put that lift on just because the 4.7 may dog a little after you put the I'm sure much bigger tires on the truck.
