man, after i took off my side steps i spent like 8 months trying to get rid of them... i even tried giving them away, i just needed to get rid of them so i took 'em to the scrap yard. my rear bumper too

Have fun with the instructions, they suck. But not too hard to figure out once you lay everything out. My kit was for a 02-06 and some hardware is not used on the 06 but they fail to mention it and the pictures on the insrtructions were not much help. I also reused my existing hardware on the front brackets (read that on a parts site) but had to use their hardware on the back.
