I have a 2003 Ram 1500 4x4. I have disconnected the horns and hooked up to an external power source and they work fine. They will not work with the horn button on the steering wheel or panic button on the remote, everything else works. There is power to the 20 amp fuse, no power getting to the horn. When I push the horn button I can hear what appears to be a relay connection from the power distribution center / fuse box. From the wiring diagrams I have looked at there is a horn relay but appears to be built into the fuse box ??, also there is a horn relay control but I can't find its location or any info on how to test. Anyone else had this problem. Thanks
