Default Seat belts not retracting
I have a 2004 Ram 1500 std cab. Both seat belts have almost completely stopped retracting. Does anyone have any tips on troubleshooting the retractors?

If you pull your B pillars off you can get to them but they will need to be replaced more than likely. The internals on the part the rolls them back up is broken. Im replacing one on my wifes Mini right now.
