hello

i just had an interesting and embarrassing experience
i went to help a friend with a run to dump some stuff at the landfill,shut my truck off and it wouldnt restart. at first it cranked over for three triesnd then wouldnt even do that.
my truck is a 2004 ram 1500 2x with about 18800kilometers, about12000 miles on it.
when i contacted dc about some roadside assistance i musta got the receptionist who must not have had her coffee yet. so here i am in a nasty spot surrounded by f150's and talking to cruella de ville. could my morning get worse? thankfully no. i contacted the dealer who told me after we talked everything over,and the truck had restarted tha somehow my antitheft
had been activated?????? anyways more to come after my tues appt.i'll update then

Did you lock the doors with the window down and perhaps your friend activated the theft deterrent? Do you have the Sentry Key? If nothing you can blame it on him and let your friend know that your baby thought it was being stolen and couldn't bear parting with you. And any other would have been gone. Ha-Ha. Glad to know everthing turned out okay for you.
