Hey, long time reader 1st time typer. 2003 Ram 1500 SLT, QC, Hemi, 4x4. I just bought this truck 2 months ago. Anyway, there is the basic overhead console package in the truck, can the upgraded overhead console with homelink just be switched out? Or is there major wiring and connections involved?

If you already have an overhead console, then all you have to do is find the right module and put it in. There IS a 2003 EVIC, but it's a bitch to find. If you just want an OTIS with Homelink, then just find the right part number and install. Nothing special needed.
