ok so i read a post about the power wire and wanted too do it. I have an 02 with the 4.7. i took a glance under the hood and did not find the sensor on the air intake does anyone have any i dea where it is. someone said the 02 does not have the sensor. is there still some way i can do a mod like this?

 

Its not on the intake. Its on the throttle body. And while ur down there, pull the tcm wire for a free mod that has good sideaffects on the 02 4.7

 

i thought that only worked on the 2003 4.7s

 

I've got an 02 and did it on mine.

 

Its on the intake manifold facing the driver side. Almost right behind the iac motor thats on the throttle body.

 

my bad, i was thinking of the TMR...

 

ok so what are the benefits of pulling the tcm wire and where exactly is that at?
