Replacing heated mirrors with trailer mirrors

Default Replacing heated mirrors with trailer mirrors

Is it hard to replace heated mirrors with trailer mirrors? And can you get heated trailer mirrors?

No, it's not hard you take the interior panel on the door off, disconnect the electrical connection for the heated mirror, remove the three nuts. Reverse what you just did.
Yeah, you can get tow mirrors, sorry. Lots of guys on here love 'em.

Finding a reasonable price for them is the hardest part of the install.

My tow mirrors were $220 and yep, they're heated. What I think is cool is that even when they're flipped vertical, L/R and U/D are still that.
