Default Idle Squeak?

Hi! New to the forum. I have a 2005 Hemi Ram with about 58,000 miles. There seems to be a squeak or coming from the engine but only at idle, if I bring the rpms to a little over 800, it goes away. Also it rarely ever makes the squeak in park, but really starts up as soon as you shift into drive (or reverse) or if I'm driving and stop at a light and let the truck idle. Will usually go away if I shift into neutral, or back into park- but not always. I sprayed the belt and didn't notice a change in tone of the sound- so I don't think it's a belt issue, but I'm not sure. Please help!

I would have a buddy or someone help you. Put the parking brake on and have him hold the brake and let it idle in gear while you listen to see if you can tell a round about area the squeak is coming from. That would help determine better where to start. Lots of moving parts associated with the belt. Water pump, alternator, belt tensioner, etc.
