What you are getting is what everyone else is getting with a Megacab, and MDS doesn't get much better mileage on the trucks that do have it anyways. MDS sucks IMO.
Gas mileage for a Megacab is ~11mpg city/~14mpg highway
It's a 2500 frame truck even though it's labeled as a "1500", so it's pretty heavy.
