Default Heater fan issue

Hi all - my first post so I'm actually looking for some general advice on this; where to go to get parts, etc.

The issue is that the driver side fan (right hand side on my truck, as it has been converted since export to the UK) seems to be somewhat useless. If i turn on the heater and slam up the power, i get a pathetic little fart of coming from that half of the truck and its pretty cold (not freezing, but definitely got some chill to it) and if i drop the heat down to cold, that side feels like an icecube ... Also, if i adjust the fan speed, it still gets more and less powerful, but not even comparable to the passenger side.

On the passenger (left) side of the dash, the fan spins up fine up to the second speed setting. When pushed a little harder up to third, it sounds a little noisy and click it to the most powerful fan speed and it sounds stupidly loud and vibrates the dash slightly. What i dont get is that the heat from this side is actually still pretty good ... Its at least warm (not as hot as i'm used to, but it's definitely warm enough to take the chill out of the cabin)

So i'm pretty sure that the one fan is screwed and the other one is on its way out, but the three things i was hoping on getting help with is; Firstly, are there 2 seperate fans pushing for the two sides of the car? Hence why one side works and blows, but the other side hardly makes an effort? Secondly, why is the right side fan, which definitely is pushing air (very uselessly) so much colder, even though both fans are knocked all the way to full heat? even at the lowest speed setting there is warmth coming from the passenger side and colder than room temp coming from the driver side?

Lastly, where is a good place to buy the replacement parts i need, as the specialist garages in the UK will charge you stupid money to order in anything, so i'm better off getting it myself.

Thanks in advance.
