Default Shift kit or Sharadon Stage 3 valve body?

I need some help deciding. Ive already got a brand new Transgo shift kit but also have the chance to get a Sharadon stage 3 VB. For those with modified VB's, are they worth it to you? Did you spend good money or should you have spent it elsewhere?

ive heard a couple times here and there that stage 3's are so great for a DD. the shifts are too harsh, and get annoying during driving in town. only hearsay though. i also just spoke with the guys at sharadon today, they use the HD2 kit in their VB's. so either way, you cant go wrong. unless you end up like me, then you have gone totally wrong! haha.

Ouch... Well it may be a good thing though, unless you are out at the track every weekend the Stage III are suppose to be really harsh in day to day driving.

Personally I am going to go with the stage II when I get a chance. They are only $3xx something after the core charge.
