Buy a oneway ticket to any southern state or Texas, bring ur checkbook and you go home with a nice ride. Still lots of great rigs to be found down here for a lot less $$$

There are soo many pavement queens down here it isn't even funny. 4x4's have been a dime a dozen for the past few years since fuel has been a bit higher. My neighbor bought a '05 2500 SLT 4x4 with 65k for $12.5. Clean on the inside with about a dozen hail dents on the hood. There's deals every where, just don't get stuck on any one idea.

Just something to think about, I just upgraded from a 4.7 to a HEMI, and was suprised to find that the HEMI got better mileage, not a whole lot, but better. I had a reg cab 4.7 that got about 14, the quad cab HEMI has been getting 15.5. Both of em 2wd. Not sure if its just a special case, but the HEMI is def worth the extra money (not just b/c of the mileage).
