And how big are we talking? huge ***** usually mean big ***, and really huge ***** means froggies irlfriend, you know the type...
the tranny will be put in as soon as i get it. hopefully some time next week/weekend.

part # on the cooler is 52029089AB, the big 26 row cooler. same as the one that was in there already.

as for the *****, they werent froggies GF sized, but they were definitely big *** for sure. ill see if i cant sneak some sort of pic when i go to pick up the part. (monday or so) and she was like an "alternative girl" with the nose piercing, dyed black hair, that kind of stuff. but definitely tasteful.

i know i should have, but i am sort of in a hurry, and really wasnt up to researching what would be the best deal. im sure i could have done a lot better, but OEM fits so nicely.

and also, with the deep pan with the fins, and the 26 row cooler, im borderline overkill.

going to be going to the shop where the truck is being stored in the next few days to do a couple things. going to rewire and test out my trans temp gauge (just in case it wasnt working properly before, cant hurt right?) then im gonna take off the old trans cooler and trash it, unless someone else wants to risk flushing and using it, ill give it to you for the cost of shipping. then i will be using a compressor to blow out the cooler lines. haven't decided yet if it would be a good idea to use some sort of solvent or cleaner too.

lastly, i will be pulling the tail piece off my current tranny and cleaning it up all nice like. after talking to denny at sharadon, i learned that i will need to reuse the tail piece and all the sensors from my previous tranny. wonder if i should get some new sensors, just in case?

ok now seriously lastly, i will try to take some pics of the carnage that is the innards of my tranny. itll be strictly for shock and awe really. maybe a few laughs.

ill keep you guys updated as this comes along.

(ps, im driving a SWEET A$$ Nissan altima while the truck is down.. i was thinking of nick naming that car BAMF)
ODJ,
I like your style, you are handling this like a real pro.
I think I'll follow your lead and go the full package at one time. This will also allow me to put my old trans/converter up for sale as running in good condition. Which should make it worth something more than bits and pieces filling a garbage can. Thanks for keeping us up to date with the new buildup.

Last time I talked to sharadon about their VB they said it was not more efficeint at getting the power to the ground but it still shaved an average ET by .05 because of the better shifts.
