Default I want to change my spark plugs. Quick question

I'm at like 46,000 miles and wanna change the spark plugs when it gets to be spring time. I did a search and only really saw threds talking about it and not actually what's involved. So how difficult is it for a newb and what all is needed. (tools, sizes, etc.)

And has anyone made a how to on changing them or a video that I just can't seem find?

There are some how to's but really man, just remove the coil packs and the plugs are under them. All you need are basic tools. I think the coil packs take a 10mm socket. You will need a 3/8 ratchet, 3" 3/8 extension and spark plug socket. That should be all really.

Some of these pics may be slightly different from yours but you should get the idea

weed is right. 10mm socket on the coil packs, pull them out (takes quite a pull they are suctioned on). I believe my plugs were 5/8. A swiveling ratchet helps to, but definitely need a 3" extension and a swivel (3/8" worked great for me). After you get the coil out spray some air around your spark plug to ensure nothing falls in the cyl. Antisieze on the new plug (roughly 20lbs torque), dielectric grease on the boot on the way back in. Then all you need is some time. Good luck.
