P0128 then P0118
2005 Ram 1500, 5.7 Hemi
I was getting a P0128. However my dash temp gauge showed normal temperatures at all running conditions, so I figured it wasn't the thermostat. First then I went to do was replace the Engine Coolant Temp (ECT) sensor. Now after replacing I'm getting a P0118. I'm *******ly positive that I made a good connection when I put it back in.
Also, after replacing the ECT, now my ETC light is also on. I'm starting to dislike those three letters in any arrangement.
Any ideas? I have a feeling I'm gonna have to pull that damn AC compressor off to get back to the sensor again, aren't I?
