Default Newbie lift question

Hey all,

New to the forum and have a question about my truck. Just bought an 06 Ram 1500 Mega cab 4x4. Previous owner put a 6" front and 4' rear Superlift in it. It has 315/70/17's on it which look a little small to me with that much lift. Also instead of looking level, it looks like it is sitting high in the front. My question is: does anyone know if I could replace the 6" taller springs with 4" taller Superlift spring from their other kit and not have to get new shocks and control arms? Thanks, Eroge

The other thing you could do is buy 2" longer shackles for the rear to bring the back up, since the back was probably lifted with blocks. Just an idea.

Also, you most probably don't have 6" taller springs, you have a different steering knuckle.

mega 06, what size wheels and tires are on your truck? And where did you get those running boards? Looked for the post you were talking aout and couldnt find it. Not wanting to get rid of the lift totally just make it a little shorter and even it out. Thanks eroge
