I am in the market for an 06-07 mega cab, I would really like to get the 4.10s that were installed from the factory just to avoid having to regear at a later time with bigger tires. My question is if the tag on the diff can not be read is there another build tag somewhere on the vehicle telling gears and limited slip info? Or is there a specific package i could look for?

 

you can get a build sheet, or it might say the ratio in the glove box... but i dont think they put it in there on the newer ones. not sure if theres a specific package with 4.10's...

 

if you go with the 2500 it will come with 4.10s mine come with them
