I have a 6 inch 2wd lift. Almost as a 4 inch on a 4x4. But is has sagged so its a glorified 4x4 level height. Thats why I was thinking a 33 ish tire would be good.

I ordered the eagle 197's and 295/70-18's Terra Grapplers. for just a tid bit more. Because I had to order lugs too. So they will be here next week. I am excited. I went with a little less on width and added on height. So thats a fair trade in my opinion. I also ordered subs yesterday so they will also be arriving next week. And I might be buying a sc 3685 from member. So that will most likely be the extent of the mod money that I had. Prob a vararam in the next month still. I received the reducer I need to make it work So I kinda have to order it.... right

I would ask about the way that your 6 inch kit has settled, how long have you had it on? I have never heard of a 6 inch kit settling to 3 inches... is your kit a fabtech kit? If so contact Fabtech about the problem and make them fix it for you.

its a 4wd kit. And a 6 inch on a 4x2 is like a 4 inch on a 4x4.

So I said mine settled to like a 4.5- 5 inch kit on a 4x2. Looking much like a 2.5-3.5 on a 4x4.

Its a Roughcountry kit, they are known for settling over time. I down the road might move to a Fabtech or CST coil to get my lift back.

I would pursue the company about it, get the standard dimensions on the dodge that you own, make sure to account for changes of tire size also, then get the dimensions on your truck taking into account change of tire size as well, then send it to them arguing how their 6" kit is not equal to 6" of lift...

Make them accountable for their quality of work, the more people let others get away with poor quality work the more they take advantage of it.

Yeah Idk, I guess I could get Pyro's measurements from a freshly installed 6 inch lift and what mine are 2 years later.

Just get dodges standard measurements for your truck, that is the better way to go about it, prove to them that their 6 inch kit isn't even staying close to 6 inches.

Subs came in today. Wife was like, ummm what is that big package. Lol. I guess I didn't explain that I bough the cheaper wheels to buy more of other things lol. They look pretty good. I am excited. Fitment under the rear seat is good. I will hopefully start and get them installed tomo afternoon evening. I am going to pull the seats up and run everything under the carpet. And the 3865 says on tracking that it will be in today as well. So thats exciting too. ANd wheels and tires will be here by the end of the week.
