they are very hit or miss. they had pretty decent customer service for me. but i didnt have any problems. you do get what you pay for though. i feel their kits are very cheap feeling, and am not overall satisfied with them too much.

want good hid kits. go to www.Pilothid.com thats where i got mine 3 years ago and still going strong. i have a bixenon hi low kit works awsome. had these kits in my past 2 trucks as well

ok well i never again will buy another hid kit from hidextra just got myy stock h13's in and they wont even plug into my stock light adapter, the three things inside were all kinds of fuked up and i cant get either one of them in there. it just makes me mad paying 60 dollars and they wont even plug in i cant even see if they work.
