Default 02 4.7 sputtering when I give excessive throttle

changed my plugs a couple weeks ago and it has been running well until today. Its not missing on idle or at cruising speed, but when I get on the throttle it sputters.
Tomorrow I'm gonna disconnect my "homebrew power wire" its -5 c or 22 f.
I have a pic of #7 plug which was obviously torked to 30lbs or more(I had a hell of a time getting it out!)

I cleaned my throttle body and it didn't help. it wasn't very dirty at all. I'll have to try a new tps. I saw a post some where of drilling a hole in the tps and spraying a cleaner in it. I'm sceptical of this, but i might try it
