Default Nedd your Help, Please!

Hey everybody,

Ive been around here for quite some time and have learned alot, but now I am having an issue with my truck and am in need of your knowledge base. I own a 2007 Ram 1500 RCSB Hemi 4x4. A few months ago I was having some headlight issues and i researched it and it turned out that I needed to remove my HID's (which I did) and have the TICM (think thats right) reset at the dealer. After that all is well. Until a few days ago (the HIDS are still uninstalled) the reverse lights stay on all the time, now it is only at like a fraction of their total brightness but I cant get them to go out. The only thing I have done otherwise that could be affecting any lighting is LEDs in the over head lights in the cab, and these have resistors on them. The LEDs have been installed for months also with no problems until now. The lights stay on through all gears including park, when in reverse they light up to total brightness, and they continue to stay on when the truck is off. Do you guys have any suggestions? I am really in a predicament here.

Thanks for all your help
scott

do you have LEDs in the reverse lights? Halogen bulbs have a continuous feed through them at all times (thats why they say every extra light in your house is extra money on your bill) The LEDS draw such little power that the normal continuous charge will actually light them up partially. If its the regular bulb, i have no clue. And your HIDs should affect anything
