I may be wrong but the only body lift I have ever seen for our trucks is 3"s. I wouldn't suggest going much higher if this is all just for looks, but if you wanna do some serious offroadin stuff power to ya. The more articulation the better but just remember IFS isn't the best choice for a hardcore offroad vehicle, and neither is a 2wd.

For sure. I would go with a 20x10 as far as width's go on the maxx 8's if it were me.

Why don't you just buy the 3" bl? It's pretty common. That would give you 8" of lift which would look great running 35's. I know you probably like the look of the 20's but if you went with say a 17 or 18" rim with 35's you would save yourself a **** ton of money on tires. Just my thoughts.

If you're gonna go with 8" of lift, you might want to look into bigger tires. 35's are gonna look a little small..

And that Premium Lift you're looking at isn't a suspension lift, its a 2" Leveling Kit + 3" Body-lift combo that makes the 5". It's not a bad kit by any means, its just a body lift rather than a suspension.

Yea you will only be getting 5 at the max with that (knowing the spacers will settle) you wont want to go over 35s if you are just wanting a totally functional truck

And like he said, the price difference for 20s and 18s is ridiculous...like 400 bucks for a set in some brands

Pro Comp has a 6" suspension lift for our trucks ('08 2wd), Rough Country is supposed to have a kit coming out in the next month or so, CST makes a 4" and 7" kit for our truck.

If your looking for a Body/spacer kit (Performance Accessories), I would advise against it. I have spacers to "level" my truck and hate them. I'm waiting for Rough Country to come out with their kit.

If I remember correctly, PA advertises that you can run a 35" tire with their 5" body lift. Should come with gap guards, bumper brackets and everything you need.

Onyly thing you need to remember with a body lift is if you have the factory "tow package" It will not relocate and will sit how ever many inches below your rear bumper.

Do the 7 inch CST and a 3 inch body lift

10 inches and 37's and call it a day.

How big of a lift is Rough Country going to make for our trucks?
