Default Most comfortable seats...

I've searched the forum and having a hard time finding what I'm looking for.

I drive my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 (diesel) SLT cross-country. And the stock seat is taking a toll on my back.

Of aftermarket seats, which ones are the most comfortable? Obviously it's difficult to tell online. I'm not looking for sexiest seat (unless it is the most comfortable). I don't have a show truck (that would be my jeep ) and don't need to impress the lady-folk.

I'm not necessarily looking for a rigid bucket seat. And it can have wings or no wings. I find wings get in the way of a lumbar pad (like a rolled up towel) if the lumbar on the seat is poor.

Leather is nice, but not necessary.

Mastercraft Baja looks like a decent seat. Anyone compare?

Cobra seat doesn't look comfortable online, but can use someone's experience.

The SRT seats look attractive, but do they have good support?

Has Dodge improved their seats in recent years so that I could upgrade to one of those?

Other recommendations? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I like the SRT seats but I'd try finding seats from a 02-05 truck.

I have seen em on ebay and you might even be able to find em at X2builders.com. They aren't cheap, I saw a set of just front seats for an SRT-10 Ram go for over 3k.

Yea X2builder overcharge on pretty much everything. You can get 2 front SRT seats from the dealer for around $1500-$2000.

They have a front and back set for 2200 I'd love to have, but not for that much. My 03 has built in power adjustable lumbar in an SLT, might be something worth looking into.

Yeah, mine has lumbar (twist crank on the side of seat) but it is only about half of what it should be.

Lots of good suggestions to check out on this thread.

Keep the suggestions coming if you think of more!!

My 02 had power lumbar in it, my 06, not so much. Still can't figure that one out, they're both SLT 1500's w/ power seats.
