Default Level kit ?

Is there 2 different ways to level our trucks out? I have seen the keys all over the place but have also seen a spacer that should fit on top of the coil. Are both of these methods for our trucks or is it on or the other. Btw i have an '05 4x4

I have an 09 Ram 1500 4x4 and had an inexpensive lift/level kit installed. It's a Rough Country kit that lifted the front 2.5" and the rear .75". The kit cost about $130 and includes strut spacers and coil spacers, no keys. You can check it out on their website, roughcountry.com.
