I have a 2005 4-door 1500 Ram with 4.7L and like to know if any one has used Magnaflow Muffler # 12286. It is signal in and out. I am not looking for super loud. I would like little noise but not a hole lot of noise.
If you use it how do you like it?

I am not sure I want to chop up my Y-Pipe right now. I was told it will void my warranty on the converters by two Dodge Dealers. They said I can Muffler and warranty will be OK. Or if I did a cat back system.

 

I have a Magnaflow Y-pipe and a Magnaflow muffler 3" SI/SO.....it sounds very nice - mellow and deep. When you get on it, it sounds aggressive. Magnaflow is a good choice.

 

The muffler I am looking at size is 5"x11"x22" and the model number is 12586. It is 2.5" off set and 2.5" center. I like this muffler because it is a bigger muffler body than most. so I hope it will cut down on interior noise.

So what do you all think?
