huh..ok well heres my thought process...in the first pic the middle bolt looks like a stud to me. in the second pic the right bolt also looks like a stud with some weird grommet or spacer. Now when you put the calve cover back on look at any accessories the might sit or use a strut/blot&nut combo to attach itself to the valve cover. i dunno if that makes any sense but im gonna have to go look now! haha
i was thinking the same...after seeing the wires run across the top of your cover...has to be something like that lol..... what a PITA....this is why you take pics before hand!!
you also have an 07.....wonder if theres a difference between that and an 02
there might be a slight difference but i bet it has to do with something similar to what we concluded. hold on took a couple of quick snap shots to show what im talking about
My finger is pointing to the "stud"
Clostest bolt is the stud and second in the bolt. the wire loom has a clip for the studs.
I bet you have some clips that will clip onto the studs
ok....cool thanks.....im still gonna try and find a diagram of some sort. but if worst comes to worst then ill just sit there and match it up acording to the connections on the wires.
just got out of class, so i havent done anymore researching...i dont have the truck with me, just the valve covers, so its kinda difficult to line it up.... if one of you guys could maybe fill in the blanks for me, that would be great. im gonna draw up a diagram and see if one of can fill it in with a S for short, or L for long type of bolt
