filter bracket removal

Hey guys,
Do I need to remove the wheel well liner in order to remove the air filter housing bracket? It feels like there are 2 bolts on the bottom holding it on but I cant really get to them. Any ideas? Is there an easy way to do this that Im not thinkin of. Thanks.

yeah, you need to drop the wheel well liner, it's held in with screws and a couple 8 or 10mm bolts
