Cortex programmer and Efan

I am doing Cai,exhaust,shorties,and an efan...the Cortex programmer will work well with a Efan will it not? an efan dont change the timing or nothing so I dont see how right? You can disable MDS with SC Cortex 3950 correct?

Cortex and e-fan on my truck seem to work well together.

good..I dont see what a big problem it could cause...? I see you have a 180 t-stat..I was keepin the stock in seeing that the cortex dont support a 180
